【Public Hearing】”Digital Healthcare Development Act” Public Hearing

2023/06/13

Invited by the office of Legislator Wu Hsin-Ying, I participated in the “Digital Healthcare Development Act” Public Hearing as a guest expert.

“Digital healthcare isn’t lacking in money; it’s impoverished, left with only money,” says Professor Lee Chung-Hsi, from the Institute of Medical and Biological Law at Taipei Medical University. He believes that the real issue lies in the need for a friendly regulatory environment, such as regulatory loosening and adjustments. The key focus of regulatory loosening is how to make medical services and care more coherent, efficient, and precise through digitization. He hopes that the Executive Yuan can propose an official version addressing these issues.
