【Qualifications】

  1. Graduates from domestic or international research institutes or universities majoring in nursing, public health, social work, law, healthcare management, statistics, healthcare informatics, business administration, or social administration are preferred. Candidates with practical experience as executive assistants in research centers/academic units related to healthcare or health information technology, or administrative experience in public agencies, will be given priority.
  2. Possess skills in time and task management, proactive attitude, meticulousness, efficiency, attention to detail, clear and logical thinking, effective communication, and problem-solving ability.
  3. Experience in project proposal writing, execution, communication, and cross-unit coordination is advantageous.
  4. Proficient in computer operation and information and communication technology, such as MS Office, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Meet, Webex, Zoom, etc.

【Job Description】

  1. Serve as an administrative assistant at the Taipei Medical University Health and Welfare Policy Research Center, responsible for managing supervisor schedules, organizing seminars and events (including topic planning, inviting and coordinating participating units and experts, preparing records, writing special reports, and handling related administrative matters), assisting in writing project proposals for government commissioned projects, assisting in project execution, and performing routine administrative and research tasks.
  2. Assist in the related work of the Department of Mental Health’s Mental Health Information Management System project.
  3. Handle other relevant tasks requested by the university, School of Public Health, and other supervisors.

【Salary】NTD 35,200 to 40,200 (according to Taipei Medical University’s salary scale for project-based personnel), with adjustments based on individual qualifications and experience. The project duration is until November 22, 2024, with the possibility of transitioning to other projects depending on circumstances.
