	<description>近年來，國內醫療環境面臨了極大挑戰，健保財務吃緊、醫療人力缺乏、醫療資源分配不均等，均為國人身心健康蒙上隱憂，而高齡化社會的到來，也迫使我國需建構長遠而有效的長期照護體系。為積極參與衛生政策、健康照護等領域之研究，臺北醫學大學成立了衛生福利政策研究中心，期成為各方意見交流的平台，發揮政府智庫的功能，協助衛生政策之推行。</description>
